Domain Backorder Terms and Conditions
Easy Domains cannot guarantee a successful registration of a back ordered domain. Upon back ordering your domain Easy Domains will monitor your domain right up until the moment it is dropped for registration. If a domain is now free to register and we have received full payment for your registration and the domain name, we will attempt to register that domain on your behalf. Please note other registrars, individuals or resellers may be monitoring the domains also. This will only allow us to attempt a domain registration from a backorder. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the domain can be registered.
The release of domains is entirely in the hand of the domain registries. Easy Domains cannot guarantee that any given domain name will be released on a specific date.
A backorder and registration fee will be taken immediately, and you will be notified upon successful registration. If we fail to acquire your domain successfully, we will refund your domain registration minus the backorder fee.
